The driver of the rented vehicle must possess the following requirements:

• Valid type B driving licence, issued for at least 1 year

• Identity card

Yes, it is possible. All we need is that you have had your driving license for at least 12 months and that you purchase the Full Kasko policy. We don't ask you for any increase in price, we like to trust young people.

The credit card must be registered in the name of the person who signs the contract and who will drive the car. It is possible with us to insert a second driver for free, remembering however that the person responsible for the rental remains the holder of the contract and the credit card

No, if the cancellation occurs before 7 days from the arrival date, the sum paid will be fully refunded without penalties.

For cancellations up to 48 hours in advance, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded and for the remaining amount a voucher will be sent to be used freely for further rentals valid for 1 year.

For cancellations within 48 hours of arrival time, a 50% penalty will be applied and for the remaining part a voucher will be issued to be used later for further bookings.

If you have purchased Kasko insurance, all damage to the car is covered by the policy and you will not be charged anything. Even in the event of theft, with the insurance you do not pay any deductible as long as you return the main ignition key and the second safety key that all our cars are equipped with. If you do not return both keys, it is a case of culpable negligence and therefore even if you have purchased the insurance, the expected deductible will be due.

Our cars can circulate freely throughout the national territory. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO MOVE ABROAD! as the insurance policies do not offer guarantees outside of Italy. In the event that the car is reported as leaving the national territory, the police will be alerted immediately with immediate blocking of the vehicle.
